Section 1 in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Regulation may be called the Daman and Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Daman and Diu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
