Section 13A(1) in The Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002
(1)Every application under sub-section (1) of section 17 filed by lessee or tenant of the secured assets shall be accompanied by a fee specified in sub-clause (c) and sub-clause (d) of sub-rule (2) of rule 13, as the case may be.
