Though the Office Report states that the similar matter i.e. Civil Appeal No. 4444 of 2015 is pending, learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no similarity between these two matters. He further submits that as far as the present case is concerned it is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in Sassoon J. David & Co. (P) Ltd., vs. C.I.T., Bombay 1979(118) ITR
