Section 14 in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019
14. Finance Officer.
- The Finance Officer shall be appointed in such manner, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes:Provided that if Government feels appropriate, in consultation with the Vice Chancellor, it may depute a Government Officer to work as the Finance Officer on such terms and conditions as the Government may prescribe.
