Section 52(1)(iv) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010

(iv)All Ordinances made by the Board of Management shall be submitted to the Chancellor who may assent thereto or withhold his assent. No Ordinance passed by the Board of Management shall come into force until assented to by the Chancellor.
