1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted detailed nine CRs before this Court and a copy of the same has been given to the learned APP.
2. The Petitioner Association has brought to the notice of this Court the large scale fraud committed by the alleged accused whereby many persons were duped.
3. In these circumstances, the State CID is directed to form a Special Investigation Team and carry out investigation immediately into the said nine CRs.
4. Report regarding progress of such investigation shall be submitted before this Court on the next date of hearing.
5. List for further consideration on 23rd April, 2021.
