Section 10(2) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(2)At such places, where there is no Cooperative Medical Stores referred to in sub-rule (1), the Secretary shall recognise certain medical stores/shops already authorised by the District Authority for supply of medicines to the ex-members under these rules.
