Section 13(4) in The Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2000
(4)Every document required to be issued or used as per sub-section (2), shall be serially machine numbered or printed before hand and the importer shall, from time to time, keep the assessing authority posted with the information relating to series of serial numbers of such documents in use.
