Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the rival parties. At the present juncture, we are satisfied in directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on 10.09.2015 Signature Not Verified at 10.00 A.M. The petitioner shall not leave the Digitally signed by Satish Kumar Yadav Date: 2015.09.08 16:59:28 IST premises of the Investigating Officer till he is allowed to do so. Reason: The petitioner shall also appear before the Investigating Officer SLP(Crl.)No.3351/15 2 on subsequent days as and when directed. The petitioner shall not leave the area of Ahmedabad till the next date of hearing. The petitioner will furnish a personal bond of Rs.10 lakhs and two other surety bonds of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, on or before 14.09.2015 The petitioner is expected to fully cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
Till the next date of hearing, the interim protection granted to the petitioner by this Court's order dated 24.04.2015 will continue.
List again on 08.10.2015.
