Section 24(8) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(8)Seniority of a person allowed to change his cadre, as provided in these rules,shall be determined in the changed cadre treating as if he or she is the lastperson joining the cadre on that day.
