Section 4 in Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891
4. Application of Chapter II to all future Acts:.
- This Chapter shall apply to all [Acts of the State of Andhra Pradesh] [Substituted for 'Madras Acts, Andhra Acts and Andhra Pradesh Acts' by Second Schedule to Act 9 of 1961.] made after the commencement of this Act, unless a contrary intention appears in such Acts.
