Section 5(1) in The Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970
(1)Each apartment owner shall be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of his apartment [in accordance with the Declaration executed and registered as required by section 2 of this Act.] [These words were deemed always to have been added by Maharashtra 6 of 1974, Section 5.]
