Section 39 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
39. Transitory provisions. -
(1)The President shall make the first regulations for the purposes of this Act.(2)The first regulations shall remain in force for a period of one year or until regulations are made by this Council under the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
