Section 56(6) in The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973
(6)Nothing in [the proviso to section 188 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] [ Substituted by Act 29 of 1993, Section 28, for " the first proviso to section 188 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898)" (w.e.f. 8.1.1993).] shall apply to any offence punishable under this section.
