Section 97 in The Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006
97. Counting of votes.
(1)The Presiding Officer shall count the ballot papers in presence of the members present at the meeting.(2)After completion of counting of valid votes, the result shall be prepared by the Presiding Officer in Form-27, and the candidate getting maximum number of votes shall be declared as elected.
