Section 272(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(2)The Council may grant such licence subject to such conditions as it may deem fit and may at any time withdraw such licence on giving one month's notice to the licensee:Provided that where the licensee has contravened any of the conditions of the licence, the licence may be withdrawn without any such notice.
