Section 14(3) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(3)The Cell shall look after the interests of the industrial and agricultural workers within the area of the Committee and protect and farther their interests and ensure that the benefit of the legal aid programme reach them. The Cell shall in particular protect the interests of unorganised workers and ensure that the benefits of the social welfare legislation in respect of giving minimum wages and other social security benefits reach them.
