Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds in the transfer petition, we direct transfer of Divorce Petition bearing Matrimonial Case (Civil) No.12113 of 2016 titled as “Harmeek Singh versus Raminder Kour” pending before the Court of Additional District Judge (Matrimonial Cases) Jammu to the Signature Not Verified Principal Family Court, Bengaluru.
