Section 1 in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Port of New Mangalore Rules, 1976.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall, unless otherwise provided, in these rules, be applicable only within the local limits of the Port of New Mangalore.
