23. Landed Fuel Cost for Tariff Determination.
- The landed fuel cost of primary fuel and secondary fuel for tariff determination shall be based on actual weighted average cost of primary fuel and secondary fuel of the three preceding months, and in the absence of landed costs for the three preceding months, latest procurement price of primary fuel and secondary fuel for the generating station, before the start of the tariff period for existing stations and immediately preceding three months in case of new generating stations shall be taken into account.Chapter - 6 Computation of Annual Fixed Cost
