Section 2(d) in The Maharashtra Religious Endowments (Reconstruction on Resettlement Sites) Act, 1970
(d)"reconstructed endowment" means a religious endowment which is reconstructed on a resettlement site with the assistance of the compensation money received in respect of any acquired and endowment as provided in the Act;
