Section 3(1) in The M.P. Destruction of Records Law Extension Act, 1965
(1)The Destruction of Records Act, 1917 (V of 1917), as in force in the Mahakoshal region immediately before the appointed day is, as from the appointed day, hereby extended to all the other regions of the State.
