Section 313(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Subject to the payment of fees as prescribed in that behalf, the indices maintained by the Special Notary, shall be open for inspection by any person applying to inspect the same and subject to the provisions of section 352 copies of entries in such books shall be given to all persons applying for such copies.
