Section 50(1) in Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994
(1)All acts and orders duly and in good faith done and passed by the University or any authority or body of the University shall be final and no suit shall be instituted against or damage claimed from the University or any authority, or body for anything done or purported to be done in pursuance of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations.
