Section 5(4) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(4)Any educational institution in the State of Gujarat situated outside the University area may subject to such conditions and restriction as the University and State Government think fit to impose, be admitted to the privileges of the University.
