Section 23(2) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(2)Every Society shall maintain at its head office a register of its members and shall enter therein, the following particulars, namely:-(a)Name, address and signature with date of each member;(b)the date on which the members are admitted; and(c)the date on which the members ceased to be members.
