Section 106(2)(b) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014

(b)by displaying the same at conspicuous places in the concerned Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad areas, the headquarter town of the Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad and outside the office of the Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad and also in such other manner as may be considered proper by the auction committee mentioned in sub rule(l).
