Section 67(m) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(m)Animals entered for slaughter shall be kept in a well ventilated room, having brick on edge, cement pointed flooring and arrangements shall be made for the supply of good food and clean water for drinking in the shed at all times.
