Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2011
1. Short title and commencement
(1) These rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2011.(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.
