Section 3 in The Orissa Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1964
3. Application.
- These rules shall apply to all cinema premises in the State of Orissa which came into existence after the commencement of these rules, and to all such premises already existing in the State of Orissa on the expiry of the period of the existing licence during which period they shall continue to be governed by the existing rules in force in different areas of the State.
