Section 9(3) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-B) Service Rules, 1988
(3)The members of the Service shall undergo such training as may be specified by the Board from time to time with the prior approval of the Government and also qualify such periodical tests during and after the training as are specified for this purpose by the Board.
