ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to conduct review of selection made in respect of the appointments made to the post of Junior Plant Attendants in pursuance of the judgment dated 06.09.2000 passed in W.P. No.23439 of 1999 and batch and consider the case of the petitioners.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Devender, learned counsel representing Sri P.N. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the above made submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
