Section 7(2)(iv) in The Procedure For Grant Of Mining Lease/Quarry Licence For Marble (Including Serpentine/ Green Marble Etc.)

(iv)Overburden shall be dumped on suitable land devoid of any mineral deposit and the site of waste/overburden disposal shall be approved by the Mining Engineer.
