PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,

No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e cross relaxation
massage in the name and style of “ Sun Ayurvedic & Beauty Spa” at
No.38/60, Ram Nagar, 3rd street, Tirupur, Tirupur District by passing orders
on petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2022.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e cross relaxation massage in the name and style of “ Sun Ayurvedic & Beauty Spa” at No.38/60, Ram Nagar, 3rd street, Tirupur, Tirupur District by passing orders on petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
4. In such view of the matter, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
