(8)Any self declaration which could not be verified by the Anchal Adhikari due to non availability of the relevant records or due to disputes, shall be kept and maintained in a separate register giving reasons in brief for non verification in Form- 4 and the register along with the self declarations shall be sent to the concerned Assistant Settlement Officer.Chapter-V Kistwar
