Section 1 in The Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement
.- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab excluding the Cantonment areas therein.(3)It shall come in force at once.
