Section 9 in The Tamil Nadu Prohibition Of Ragging Act, 1997
9. Repeal and saving.—
(1)The Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ragging Ordinance, 1996 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance10 of 1996) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any act ion taken under the Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
