Section 61(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)No order imposing any of the major penalties specified in clause B of regulation 60 shall be made except after an inquiry is held in accordance with this regulation.
