Section 27(1) in The Maharashtra Merged Territories Miscellaneous Alienations Abolition Act, 1955
(1)Whenever an officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf so directs, an alienees shall deliver to him or such other officer as may be specified in the direction, the records relating to the alienated land maintained by the alienee.
