Section 46(9) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(9)The licensee shall not be entitled to compensation for any trees withdrawn or taken up for public purposes or for any trees standing on the bank or beds of irrigation sources under the control of the Public Works Department. Which that Department may require to cut down or strip of their leaves or branches.
