9. Stacking of dangerous or hazardous cargo containers.
- The port authorities shall stack the dangerous or hazardous cargo containers in either of the following:-(i)stack the containers separately in a specially designated area which has been constructed for storage of dangerous or hazardous cargo and provided with fire fighting arrangements; or(ii)stack the containers in the parking yard itself by providing proper segregation as per International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.
