Section 24(5) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
(5)(i)Each Faculty shall comprise of such department of teaching as may be prescribed by the Regulations.(ii)Subject to the provisions of this Act each Faculty shall have the following powers:-(a)to constitute the Boards of courses of study of the departments allotted to it, and(b)to exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
