Section 44 in Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008
44. Execution of Contracts.
- All contracts relating to the management and administration of the University shall be expressed to be made by the Executive Council and such contracts shall be executed on behalf of the Executive Council by the Vice-Chancellor when the value of the contract is more than twenty lakhs of rupees and by the Registrar when its value does not exceed twenty lakhs of rupees.
