Section 6(1) in Mizoram Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Community Certificates Act, 2014
(1)The State Government shall constitute by notification in the Official Gazette, State Scrutiny Committee for verification of community certificate issued by the Competent Authority under sub-section (1) of section 4.
