Section 70 in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
70. Residence of students.
- The students shall reside in the accommodation maintained by the University or approved by the Vice-Chancellor subject to the conditions as may be prescribed. The Vice-Chancellor or an authorized officer of the University may however, permit the student to reside with their parents or in private accommodations when no such accommodation is available with the University.
