324. Powers to provide for burial of paupers free of charge.
- The [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] may, from time to time out of the Municipal Fund provide for the burial and burning of paupers free of charge within the limits of the [Municipal area] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.].
