Section 103(1)(e) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016

(e)The quorum for the meeting of Zila Panchayat shall be one third of elected members. For any adjourned meeting the quorum shall be one third but on incomplete quorum of meeting also in second time than the quorum for next meeting shall be one fifth;
