Section 35(1) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(1)There shall be a Research Council consisting of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Heads of the University Departments and Directors or eminent scientists from the Research Institutes within or outside Kerala. The members of the Research Council shall be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor in consultation with the Governing Council.
