(1)One of the copies retained by the Treasury or sub-treasury or bank shall be transmitted to the Superintendent on the following day of the payment.(2)Every Treasury and sub-treasury or Bank Officer shall send an advice list to the Superintendent of the area within the 7 day of every month showing the amounts received in the previous month. The advice list shall contain the challan number and date, the name of the dealer and the amount paid.
