(4)In the event of escape of prisoner during leave Jail Superintendent shall submit application before the Court of Tahsildar for initiating actions regarding forfeiture of his security as well as attachment of gurantor's assets. On this application. Tahsil Court shall take necessary actions for attachment of assets.]
